Home Sweet Home
Our short film is a series of animations showing a child’s perspective of war and how war affects children when the decision of going into war is made. It explores how it can impact children not only physically, but mentally also, and portrays the matter of how children’s views and feeling are sometimes not heard or even considered, maybe due to their age or maturity and are seen as insignificant. This does not excuse the pain and suffering that overwhelms many children and their families as a result of living in a war zone, from no fault of their own. Our film addresses the key questions, how does war affect children and ultimately their life and future aspirations? Is this really the future that we want for future generations?
